Home prices reach record highs again in February

The 10-city composite increased by 8 percent, up from a 7.4 percent increase in the previous month, according to a statement released with the index.   The 20-city composite showed a year-over-year increase of 7.3 percent, up from a 6.6 percent increase in the previous month.   San Diego has the highest year-over-year increase among those 20 cities, with an 11.4 percent increase in home prices
