The injury occurred around 7 a.m. Saturday near 6566 Pinecone Lane in the Bay Terraces neighborhood of San Diego, according to the San Diego Police Department. “The driver stepped out of her 2013 Honda Accord while it was still in drive. As the driver attempted to regain control of her vehicle, her foot became pinned between the left front wheel and the curb.
