Former President George W. Bush is hosting a fundraiser in Dallas next week for Republican Pennsylvania Senate candidate Dave McCormick. The invitation, posted online by reporter Ryan Hernandez, is offering two paid events for guests — a VIP roundtable event that will cost $24,500 per person and a reception, at $3,300 a person. Along with Bush, billionaire Harlan Crow, republican strategist Karl Rove will be in attendance, among others. McCormick and Sen.
