The decree’s first article revoked decree no. 343 of 2023 on appointing Mostafa Ibrahim Mansour, minister plenipotentiary at the Foreign Ministry as the extraordinary delegate and minister plenipotentiary holding the title of Egyptian ambassador to Eritrea.
