Berhampur: A former GRS (Adhoc) in Ganjam district has been sentenced to three years imprisonment for allegedly misappropriating government money. Manoj Ku Sahu, Ex-GRS (Adhoc), Karapada GP and currently PEO, Purushottampur Block, Ganjam, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in Special Judge Vigilance, BPR TR No.01/2013, for misappropriation of Govt. money, was convicted to 3 yrs jail and fine. Odisha Vigilance will now move the competent authority for dismissal of Sahu from service following his conviction.
