Courtesy OnScene.TV Authorities have identified a 75-year-old man who died Thursday while driving on state Route 74 when he crashed into a tow truck in the oncoming lane. He was identified as Kenneth Macho of San Diego by the Riverside County coroner’s office. Officers responded around 12:30 p.m. that day to a report of a traffic collision on SR-74 at mile post marker 88, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP spokesman David Torres told City News Service that the man and an elderly woman were in a white Subaru Crosstrek going down the mountain when, for reasons still under investigation, they crossed over double solid lines and crash
