Photo by Chris Stone Two teens were booked into Juvenile Hall Thursday on suspicion of car theft after they and another teen who got away were involved in a pursuit with El Cajon Police Department officers, authorities said Thursday. The pursuit began at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday after ECPD received a call about three people who appeared to be breaking into a vehicle and then stealing it, according to Lt. Will Guerin of the ECPD Investigations Division. Officers found the vehicle and tried to stop it, but it sped away, the lieutenant said.
