Lunar New Year at the Ukiah Library
The Ukiah branch library is pleased to partner with Instilling Goodness and Developing Virtue Schools (IGDVS) this Lunar New Year with a community celebration on Friday, Feb. 16 from 3 to 5 p.m. Join us in welcoming the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese zodiac with snacks, traditional Chinese art including knot making and calligraphy, and traditional Chinese dances and orchestral performances put on by IGDVS students. This event is sponsored by IGDVS, the Ukiah Valley Friends of the Library and Mendocino County Library and is free to the public and open to all ages.
