TikTok chef Lynn Yamada Davis dies at 67

The culinary world is mourning the loss of renowned TikTok chef, Lynn Yamada Davis, who passed away at the age of 67. Known for her innovative recipes and charismatic personality, Davis had amassed a massive following on the popular video-sharing platform.

Davis was not just a chef; she was an inspiration to aspiring cooks around the world. Her videos were not only about cooking delicious meals but also about embracing one's passion and living life to the fullest. With her infectious smile and warm demeanor, she made everyone feel like they were cooking alongside a dear friend.

Wembanyama dished out his 10th assist midway through the fourth quarter, finishing with 16 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists and no turnovers in 21 minutes. He entered the night averaging 19.3 points, 10.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and a league-leading 3.3 blocks per game for the Spurs, who improved to 6-30 with the win.

Wembanyama entered this season with a difficult task, as few teenagers are asked to become their team's top contributor from Day 1. The Spurs were low on talent last year and went 22-60, but they are now 6-30 and on pace for an even worse record this season.

That meant Wembanyama's development wasn't going to be a straight line. He has most certainly flashed this season while also having off-days, like every other young player. Wednesday was another flash, with many more likely to come.

Dominick Barlow and Blake Wesley have gotten an opportunity to play while guys like Zach Collins, Doug McDermott and Branham struggled with injuries. McDermott and Branham are back, which may mean less time for Wesley, but Barlow will likely continue to get a bulk of the backup center minutes. Barlow has competed defensively, and looked better on the offensive end in his minutes. It seems like he’s getting better with each performance.

Wesley has been good on the defensive end, pressuring opposing ball-handlers and creating opportunities with his athleticism. The silly mistakes are decreasing, and he’s finishing better at the rim. Barlow and Wesley’s strong play is a sign that opportunity in the G League is good for their development. They’ll have more opportunities against Detroit on Wednesday.
