Hoolihan, 60, pleaded guilty to an indictment on two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, obstructing official business and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs in relation to an incident with Niles police. The felony charges could be dismissed if Hoolihan completes an intervention in lieu of conviction.
