WARREN, RI — CDM Fitness Holdings, one of the largest franchise operators of Planet Fitness clubs, has acquired two gyms from Maxx Fitness Clubzz in Rhode Island. The new Planet Fitness gyms in Warren and Lincoln are now open, a company spokesperson said Tuesday.
