Tara Greene, 36, pleaded guilty to the offense of second degree murder in the death of Wendell Bennett occurring on February 26, 2021. As a result of the plea, Greene will serve 30 years at 100% in the Tennessee Department of Corrections. Greene has been in custody since the date of the murder.
