The designated individuals are Taha Osman Ahmed al-Hussein (Taha), a former State Minister and Presidential Office Director to former Sudanese President Omer al-Bashir, Salah Abdallah Mohamed Salah (Salah Gosh), and Mohamed Etta Elmoula Abbas (Elmoula).
