SEOUL: South Korea’s population mobility hit the lowest September figure in 50 years owing to the housing market downturn, statistical office data showed Wednesday, reported Xinhua.The number of those who moved residence to a different province or city came to 450,000 in September, down 1.6 per cent from a year earlier, according to Statistics Korea.It was the lowest September reading since 1973.
