Cuttack: The SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack is planning to provide music therapy for the patients undergoing treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs). The authorities of SCBMCH have decided to play devotional music for critical ICU patients. A decision in this regard was taken at the meeting of the executive body of the premier hospital. As per the proposal, devotional songs, especially the bhajans of Lord Jagannath will be played for critical patients inside the 310 ICUs of different departments. Playing devotional songs will create a spiritual atmosphere in the ICUs. The music therapy will create a positive energy in the minds of the patients and provide them healing touch
