CM Naveen Launches Comprehensive Santali-Odia-English Dictionary ...Middle East

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday launched the comprehensive Santali-Odia-English Dictionary, compiled by Academy of Tribal Language and Culture (ATLC) under the ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Class Welfare Department. Along with the dictionary, the Chief Minister also released 21 primers for primary students in Kui, Kuvi, Saora, Munda and Gondi languages. This 3-volume dictionary was compiled by renowned Santali litterateur Srijukta Chaitanya Prasad Majhi and was edited by an editorial board. The Primers have been developed by the SCSTRTI under Samhati programme under the guidance of Dr Paramananda Patel. The Chief Minister heaped praises on Santali litterat
