RADNOR – A new private golf club is a step closer to opening in Radnor after the commissioners approved the transfer of a liquor license from Broomall to Wayne this week. During a commissioners meeting this week, Ed McHugh, attorney for Intown Golf, told the commissioners, “We’re hoping to bring a license in from Broomall – from Marple Township into Radnor Township. The folks at Intown Golf have entered into an agreement of sale to purchase a license and hopefully bring it into Radnor Township.” According to McHugh, they are required to get a resolution in support of the transfer from Radnor Township before going to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
