MCSO: Fort Bragg man arrested for alleged attempted murder, cocaine sales

A Fort Bragg man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder this week after allegedly shooting at another man, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reported. According to the MCSO, deputies responded to the 31000 block of Highway 20 around 6:45 a.m. Aug. 1 when a 66-year-old man reported that he had been shot at.by the suspect, later identified as Vladimir Ginzburg, 35, of Fort Bragg. As deputies were responding, the victim reported that the suspect fired additional shots. When deputies arrived at the scene, “they observed the victim had armed himself with a rifle and was taking cover behind a pickup in his own driveway. The victim advised deputies that Ginzburg had fired multiple rounds
