August 1, 2023 (JUBA) – A veteran South Sudanese politician has called for support to end the conflict in Sudan, warning the crisis could divide the country. Bona Malwal Madut on Tuesday meeting Sudanese nationals at his residence in Juba. “What is happening in Sudan is something nobody appreciates. They need support in all aspects. They need political support for their differences and to stop war which is destroying their country. Those who have fled the country for safety need to be assisted to find where they can settle, find a job and make them feel at home,” he said.
