Recently a 44-year-old Laytonville man with a history of multiple police “contacts” and arrests, was busted down in Brooktrails on several charges. Here’s the story: He’s someone well known to me and my co-workers at the Laytonville County Water District. Like the cops, we’ve had more than our fair share of “contacts” with this guy. He’s one of these shiftless mopes with a long history of petty theft, vandalism and anti-social behavior in our community.
