Development of the third phase of the Al Falah housing project has begun according to Abu Dhabi officials. The project is being developed over an area of 2.1m sqm at a total investment of over US $523mn. According to officials, the project will boast 899 residential villas, five mosques, as well as other key amenities and allocated plots of land for commercial and community facilities. The latest phase reflects the increasing urban expansion of the Al Falah area, according to the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
