Hill International has secured a major contract from Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) to provide project management consultation (PMC) services for its Dahiyat Al Fursan project, located on the east side of Riyadh Airport. Work is currently underway on Al Fursan, which will be developed over an area of 35m sqm. Once complete, it will boast 50,000 units of suburban homes, apartments, townhouses, educational facilities, commercial buildings, and related infrastructure, along with dedicated green spaces.
