To the Editor: I hope that the ranchers, that had cows safety compromised, can get help with barn structures from state grants or programs. The government seems so fast to help and grant cannabis farmers, with necessary resources. Yet food providers, growers and meat producers, are left to fend, for themselves, in a inflated costs environment. Hearing stories about dairy farms in PA. I learned a barn was the difference between life & death for a cow, plus other animals, in the winters. Hay above, was stored to move below. Body heat kept the animals warm. And manure, was work to change and remove. But could be sold later, for cash and for gardens. Can’t we help the food providers, with extra
