March 12, 2023 (JUBA) –The Intergovernmental Authority for Development (IGAD) special envoy for South Sudan, Ismail Wais has encouraged South Sudanese leaders to work together “in the spirit of collegial collaboration” for the implementation of the September 2018 peace agreement. He was speaking at a meeting with First Vice President Riek Machar on Saturday.
