Lead Development has said that it has achieved a major milestone at its $2.7bn Jubail Island Development in Abu Dhabi. The firm said that the energisation of electrical substations is an important step towards completing the infrastructure works and handing over of the land plots. With the planned substations powered up, Abu Dhabi Construction Company can now move ahead with key test and commissioning work for the villa’s and townhouses.
