Metropolitan Premium Properties (MPP) has closed the biggest single unit transaction in its history – a US $24.6mn sale of a prime property in Tilal Al Ghaf. The deal is also said to be the most expensive in the up-and-coming popular destination. Oybek Shamsiddinov, Sales Manager at MPP closed the deal earlier this month for an Indian family who are regular investors in the Dubai property market. Shamsiddinov stated, “I’ve worked with this family for the past three years and have invested in several communities across Dubai for them.
