Anthony M Stone On December 24th, 2022, Sergeant Ridge Long was dispatched to 60 Lancaster Circle to investigate a call reporting an unknown man walking onto the caller’s front porch. The caller reported the man was looked like he was hallucinating. After contact was made with the man, he was identified as Mr. Anthony M Stone. Officer Long observed Stone being very anxious and having muscle tremors. When Stone was asked questions he would respond with random spells of irritability where he would yell and curse.
