LUGANSK, SANA-The Ukrainian military shelled the settlement of Alchevsk in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), killing two civilians, Rodion Miroshnik, a former head of the LPR’s mission in Moscow, said on Monday. “As a result of the strike on Alchevsk two civilians were killed and one civilian was wounded. The strike was delivered on a residential building,” Miroshnik said on his Telegram channel.
