The first-ever talks since the Tigray conflict broke out in November 2020 “started today, the 25th of October, and will end on the 30th of October,” Vincent Magwenya, told reporters on Tuesday. He said the talks “have been convened to find a peaceful and sustainable solution to the devastating conflict.” The talks initially planned to start yesterday were delayed after the government delegation failed to arrive in time.
