Thomas Lawrence Blair On August 29, 2022 K-9 Sergeant Ridge Long was patrolling Alexandria Highway when he encountered a vehicle parked on the side of the roadway with no lights on. Upon making contact with the occupants who were strapping down items in the bed of the vehicle Sgt. Long saw a puncture mark on the female’s leg and found the male to be acting anxious and rapidly licking his lips. The male was identified as Thomas Lawrence Blair, 52 from Nicholson, GA.. Deputy Robbie Woodard arrived to the scene to assist. Blair was asked if there was anything illegal inside the vehicle. Blair did not answer.
