Kulinarya Qatar has announced that it will be organising the Philippine Food, Culture & Trade Festival Qatar (PFCTFQ) from October 20 to 21, at the Saphire Plaza Hotel. Kulinarya Qatar chairwoman & PFCTFQ overall head Dahlia Agbanlog thanked the Philippine embassy Doha for its collaboration. She said the event serves as a precursor to many other community and public events already planned by Kulinarya and the embassy until 2023.
