The governmental efforts were represented by operating 16 desalination plants installed by the General Directorate of Drinking Water in Hasakah. “For the 4th consecutive day, a number of tanks in the city center are run and distributed with the aim of delivering the water to houses as an emergency solution” The Head of Hasaka city council, Adnan Khajo, said to SANA reporter.
