Egypt’s agricultural exports rise to $ 2.47 billion in 10 months

The Agriculture Export Council said on Sunday that Egypt’s exports of agricultural crops increased the September 2021 to June 2022 export season to reach $2.47 billion, compared to $ 2.217 billion during the same period for the 2020-2021 season, at a rate of 11.4 percent. In its monthly report, the council indicated that the exported quantities decreased slightly by 0.4 percent during the 10 months of the current export season (2021-2022) to reach 3.957 million tons, compared to 3.974 million tons during the same period of the last season. The report said that the Arab countries accounted for 36 percent of the value of Egypt’s exports of agricultural crops during the first 10 months of the 2
