July 13, 2022 (KHARTOUM) – A farmer was killed following a local dispute with the Falata tribe in Sudan’s Blue Nile State, the International Organization of Migration’s (IOM) said in the country’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM). The incident, it said, occurred in Hammari village in Gerisan area on July 10. “On 11 July 2022, a further individual was killed in Bakowry village, leading a collection of tribes in Blue Nile state to attack the Falata village south of Bakowry village.
