New Zealand on Monday announced it would roll out a training program for Ukrainian soldiers to teach how to operate artillery weapons as the country continues to defend against Russian forces. New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said in a release that 30 members of an artillery team with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) would begin training Ukrainian soldiers in the United Kingdom on the operation of L119 105 mm tactical howitzer light guns.
