According to RT website, the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin has appointed Olga Makeeva as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia. The head of the Lugansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik has appointed Rodion Miroshnik as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia.
