The president and managing committee members of the Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF) bid farewell to its co-ordinating officer and Indian embassy first secretary (labour and community welfare) S R H Fahmi. A plaque of appreciation was presented by ICBF president Ziad Usman and Indian Cultural Centre president P N Baburajan.
