The Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) and Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) signed a memorandum of understanding Sunday with the aim of co-ordinating between the two parties to identify opportunities for co-operation in the agreed research fields, and other scientific, training and advisory activities.
