The Philippines has grounded its fleet of S-70i Black Hawk military helicopters following a crash during a training flight on Wednesday evening. No survivors have been found. The chopper crashed near the Colonel Ernesto Rabina Air Base in the Tarlac region of the northern Luzon Island, Philippine Air Force (PAF) spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Maynard Mariano said, as cited by PNA news agency.
