On Wednesday at about 7:45 p.m., a Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office deputy observed a man acting suspiciously in the 300 block of Empire Drive in Ukiah, the MCSO reported Saturday. The deputy noticed the man was associated with a vehicle parked nearby, and spoke to the man, who initially provided a fake name, the MCSO stated. After further investigation, he was positively identified as Michael Munoz, 32, of Santa Rosa. A records check on Munoz through Sheriff’s Office Dispatch revealed he was on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) in Sonoma County.
