Jamestown, CA…Yesterday afternoon, deputies were called to Rocca Park in Jamestown for a man yelling and causing a disturbance. When deputies arrived, they saw and could hear the man, 45-year-old John Hosek of Jamestown, yelling. Deputies approached Hosek and attempted to calm him and speak with him. Hosek yelled obscenities at the deputies. Due to Hosek’s agitated state and concerns for the public’s safety at that time, Hosek was ordered to lay face down on the ground.
