A Mendocino County sheriff’s deputy was on routine patrol at 8:30 p.m. March 31 in the area of North State Street and Durable Mill Road in Calpella, when a dark-colored sedan pulled up to a garage type structure on Durable Mill Road. According to a Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office news release, the deputy contacted the driver of the vehicle and identified her as Justine Marie Norton, 57, of Ukiah.
