The Ukiah Police Department recently honored its officers for their work in the past year, including two who rendered medical aid to a man who collapsed in a grocery store parking lot. According to the UPD, Officers Alex Cowan and Patrick Infante responded to the Lucky supermarket parking lot in the 500 block of East Perkins Street on July 17, 2020, after hearing emergency medical responders being dispatched to a report of a man down.
