FIGHT: An officer responded to the 600 block of North Orchard Avenue at 2:39 a.m. March 10 for a report of a couple arguing and arrested Andrew P. Shaffer, 44, of Ukiah, on suspicion of domestic violence. He was booked into Mendocino County Jail. A 39-year-old Ukiah woman was also arrested for a Sonoma County warrant. TRANSIENTS YELLING AT CUSTOMERS: Caller in the 1200 block of Airport Park Boulevard reported at 5:46 a.m. March 10 that three transients in a parking lot were yelling at customers and causing a disturbance.
