Ariana Grande’s latest lip test came with a kiss (or five)—and boyfriend Ricky Alvarez was her willing participant.
In a new R.E.M. Beauty video shared Saturday, November 7, on Instagram, the singer kisses her man while he tries to identify which of her products is on her lips, partaking in what they dub the “What’s on my lips?” challenge. Alvarez playfully calls the challenge, “what’s on my girlfriend’s lips.”
In the clip, Grande applies different R.E.M. Beauty products, gives him a kiss, and waits for him to guess. He gets the first one right after eliminating “Blur Butter,” landing on “Glossy Bomb.” “I feel like it might hit me quicker, so I think I’m gonna go with Glossy Bomb,” he says before Grande confirms his answer.

Grande eventually adds a bonus round, which leaves him puzzling over another product. But he prevails, despite only practicing on the three original products.
