WASHINGTON — The midterm elections are over, but two Senate races and nearly 50 House races are still too close to call on Thursday morning.
Democrats have flipped both the House and the Senate based on the races that have already been called. A Democrat-controlled Congress will be sworn in on Jan. 3. However, Alaska’s Senate race between incumbent Republican Dan Sullivan and Democratic challenger Mary Peltola is still a tight race.
