To commemorate Kenan Stadium’s centennial season, 97.9 The Hill is inviting community members to share their favorite Kenan memories from the past 100 years. This twice-weekly series will showcase stories from players and fans throughout the fall.
During the memorable 2015 season, the Tar Heels hosted Duke for an important ACC clash. The winner would position themselves well to win the Coastal Division and earn a trip to the conference championship game. And very early on in the game, UNC sent a message that it wasn’t messing around with the Blue Devils. Chapelboro’s very own Curran Campbell remembers the electric opening play for the Carolina offense.
