Specialities Construction General Trading & Contracting Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Specialities Group Holding, has been awarded a US $78mn contract for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and public buildings at Suburb Center (N1) in Al Mutlaa City.
Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) gave the go-ahead to Specialities Construction for the project, said the company in its disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait.
The contract covers the construction, completion and maintenance of services, infrastructure and public buildings at Suburb Center (N1) within the Al-Mutlaa City development. The project, being developed under Kuwait’s national Vision 2035, is being over seen by PAHW.
A Kuwait-based holding company, Specialities Group, is involved in the manufacture of special construction chemicals and waterproofing systems through its subsidiaries.
