Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

Minkyu Noh from Seoul, South Korea, has flipped his commitment to swim at the University of Arizona in the class of 2030. Originally pledged to Texas, Noh is now on the Wildcats’ roster as a freshman. (He did not, however, participate in the recent SMU Classic on October 9-10, 2026.)

Noh is an IMer with four solid strokes. His best SCY times come from December 2024, when he competed at in the 50/100 free, 100 back, 100 breast, 100 fly, and 200 IM at the U.S. Open and finaled in the 100 free (13th), 100 back (9th), 100 fly (15th), and 200 IM (8th).

Noh represented South Korea at the 10th World Aquatics Junior Championships (Otopeni, Romania) in August 2025. He was a semi-finalist in the 100 free, placing 12th with a PB of 49.79. Previously, he had swum for his country’s flag at 9th World Aquatics Junior Championships in 2023 (Netanya, Israel) and at 8th FINA World Junior Championships in 2022 (Lima, Peru). In Netanya, he competed in the 100 free, 100 back, and 200 IM, placing 7th in the IM final with a lifetime best of 2:01.93.

Last fall he clocked lifetime bests in the LCM 100 free, 200 free, and 200 IM.

Noh will join the University of Arizona class of 2030 with Mitchell Caldwell, Cole Faut, Mattias Frohloff, Will Harrison, Lucas Huckabay, Lucas Morin, Grant Pier, Vito Sgroi, and Nazar Zoukovski. Noh will have an immediate impact on the Wildcats’ roster, with converted times that would already score at Big 12 Championships in the ‘A’ final of the 100 back and the ‘B’ finals of the 100 free and 200 free.

Best SCY times:
