It’s a short week for the Bears and Patriots, but New England’s injury report is no shortage of names today.
We’re still roughly 48 hours from kickoff, but Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel has already essentially ruled out a pair of starting offensive linemen for Thursday’s contest with the Bears.
In their win against the Jets on Sunday, the Patriots lost a trio of offensive linemen, including Vera-Tucker and Brown. The third was right tackle Morgan Moses, who was estimated to be a limited participant on Monday (New England held a walkthrough) with a foot injury.
During his Tuesday press conference, New England head coach Mike Vrabel said that Vera-Tucker and Brown would probably miss Thursday’s contest.
Kicker Andy Borregales and defensive tackle Joshua Farmer were out for personal reasons on Monday, but Borregales was listed as a full participant on Tuesday’s estimated report (New England held another walkthrough), while Farmer was still listed as a non-participant.
